Full Time | Salary Range: $63.76 - $75.00 /hour

The Manager, HR Systems will lead transformative HR technology initiatives, overseeing the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of HR systems to support organizational goals. The role involves collaborating with various departments to deliver efficient systems and improve outcomes.

Essential Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
  • Knowledge of HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle Peoplesoft HCM, UKG, or similar
  • Experience with system configurations, integrations, and data/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
  • Understanding of HR processes, payroll, and compliance
  • Skills in process improvement and project management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications
  • Leadership experience with coaching and mentoring
  • Ability to manage change and stakeholder engagement
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical and critical thinking abilities
  • Knowledge of health care safety culture and OHSA compliance
Preferred Qualifications
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Additional Information

As part of St. Joseph's, employees are expected to engage in teaching and research activities related to their roles, in collaboration with Western University and Fanshawe College.
