The Role

Based at our Vancouver office, the Manager, Global Quality and Operational Excellence will lead the development, harmonization, and execution of quality standards across our global operations. You will ensure these standards are consistently built and upheld across all business units, with a focus on third-party manufacturing. This role is crucial in shaping our Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring alignment across Canada, the US, and Rest of World (ROW) regions.

  • Lead the creation and harmonization of global quality and technical standards, including food safety (HACCP, VACCP) and packaging specifications.
  • Build and implement a global audit program, including internal site audits.
  • Review and align existing documentation and standards across regions to ensure global consistency.
  • Collaborate with regional quality leads, supply chain, product development, and IT to support QMS expansion and documentation in ETQ.
  • Support onboarding and training of regional quality teams and corporate hubs; occasional training for co-packers.
  • Help define and document processes for integration into the quality system, supporting future system builds.
  • Travel approximately 25% globally for audits and site visits.

Who You Are

  • Degree or diploma in Chemistry, Food Science, Microbiology, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
  • 7+ years in Quality, with at least 2 years in the beverage industry.
  • Experience in beverage, food, or CPG industry is required.
  • Strong knowledge of QMS platforms.
  • GFSI-certified auditor or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives globally.
  • Comfortable working independently and building frameworks from scratch.
