The Global Portfolio Manager, Snacking is responsible for leading the end-to-end global product portfolio strategy and governance across McCain’s Snacking business. This role balances short-term commercial priorities with long-term innovation and growth opportunities to deliver a scalable, profitable, and consumer-relevant portfolio. Partnering closely with regional leadership, innovation, marketing, finance, supply chain, and commercial teams, the role ensures portfolio decisions drive customer, consumer, category, and business performance while enabling speed to market and global scale.
The Global Snacking team is responsible for shaping and accelerating McCain’s growth within the snacking category. Working across regions and functions, the team develops portfolio strategies, drives innovation, and ensures strong governance practices that support customer needs and business performance. This role collaborates closely with Innovation, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Sales, and Regional Leadership teams to execute a globally aligned and locally relevant snacking portfolio strategy.

Compensation Package: $97,500.00 - $130,000.00 . CAD annually + Bonus Eligibility
