McCain Foods is seeking a Senior Analyst, Operations (External Affairs & Sustainability) to drive planning, governance, and performance across the EA&S function. The Senior Analyst, Operations – External Affairs & Sustainability (EA&S) will play a central role in enabling the effective planning, coordination, and execution of McCain’s Global External Affairs & Sustainability (EA&S) function. Reporting to the Vice President, Global External Affairs & Sustainability, this role is responsible for strengthening how the function operates – ensuring strategies, priorities, and commitments translate into clear plans, disciplined execution, and measurable outcomes.
Operating in a highly collaborative, hands-on capacity, the Senior Analyst, Operations (EA&S), will work across Government Affairs, External Communications and Sustainability teams to organize function-wide strategies, support leadership decision-making, and drive operational excellence. The role requires strong judgment, exceptional organizational and analytical skills, and the ability to synthesize complex information into clear performance narratives, executive materials, and actionable insights that support both functional and business objectives.

Compensation Package:$81,600.00 -$108,900.00 . CAD annually + Bonus Eligibility
