This role blends culinary oversight, bar and beverage management, and daily service leadership to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
The Food & Beverage Manager is accountable for the overall performance, profitability, and service standards of the F&B department. This includes supervising daily operations, managing staffing levels, supporting culinary execution, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The role leads by example, fosters a positive learning environment, and maintains a safe and welcoming workplace for all team members.
Standing for long periods of time and working non‑traditional hours, including regular weekend shifts, evenings, and holidays.
