As a Manager in Financing Solutions within the Technology and Innovation group, you will play a leading role in supporting companies across Canada. Your responsibilities include :

• Providing strategic support and consulting to clients based on your professional expertise
• Developing financial strategies to meet clients' business objectives using specialized financing products
• Contributing to sector-specific funding strategies and guidelines
• Supporting account managers during the implementation, monitoring, and renewal of financing files
• Identifying and mitigating financial risks for the bank
• Preparing and analyzing financing structures for companies
• Participating in client meetings and presenting financing options, in collaboration with account managers
• Negotiating with internal and external stakeholders
• Ensuring compliance with risk management policies using assessment tools

Within the Technology and Innovation - Structured Financing team, you will join a group of experts specializing in complex credit structuring and execution. Our hybrid work model and experiential training programs support your professional development and continuous learning.

Basic Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree with 7 years of relevant experience or Master's degree with 5 years of relevant experience
• Experience in trade credit, acquisition loans, and business products
• Strong financial modeling skills
• Experience in customer service, negotiation, and business development
• Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
• Strong interpersonal skills and team orientation
• Knowledge of capital market debt instruments and syndicated financing is an asset
