Job summary

CAE Inc. is seeking a Manager, Financial Reporting & Special Projects to lead and coordinate strategic finance initiatives. You will report to the Director Finance and Assistant Corporate Controller, partnering with corporate functions and business units to deliver reporting, accounting, and transformation programs.

The role emphasizes governance, risk management, and process improvements across the finance organization, with opportunities for growth within a global technology-driven company.

Qualifications

  • CPA designation required.
  • 8+ years of similar experience or at a large accounting firm.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS or US GAAP.
  • Proven ability to lead projects across multiple initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate finance-wide initiatives by defining scope, objectives, deliverables, governance, timelines and resources.
  • Monitor execution, dependencies, risks and issue resolution through completion.
  • Lead process improvement, standardization and automation initiatives across finance activities.
