A prominent law firm in Toronto is seeking a Manager to lead its Emerging & High Growth Practice. The role includes managing a team, improving processes, supporting business development, and ensuring smooth operations within the legal practice. Reporting to the Director Emerging & High Growth (EHG) the Manager EHG Practice provides practice group support to Oslers Emerging & High Growth Companies Group leading the EHG resource team managing operational processes assisting with business development initiatives and ensuring the smooth execution of client and internal-facing projects.
Major Responsibilities
Position Requirements
Education and Experience
University or college diploma preferably in a business focus plus a minimum of three years of relevant experience including people management. Experience working within the legal or professional services industry is preferred.
Knowledge and Skills
We are currently working in a hybrid work arrangement which includes a requirement to work primarily in the office and flexibility to work remotely up to 2 days per week.
