Doane Grant Thornton LLP is seeking a Tax Manager to join our Domestic Tax team. You will mentor a team of tax professionals, build trusted client relationships, and lead complex corporate and personal Canadian tax work across industries.
You will review engagements, provide strategic tax planning, and supervise delivery while identifying opportunities for expanding our tax services. This role emphasizes leadership and exceptional client service within a collaborative Canadian firm.

You’ll talk with the CFO from an agricultural client, and the Tax Partner will challenge your thinking as you work through uncovering client pain points and providing tax solutions.
You’ll share your feedback with your coachees ensuring they have what they need to complete their files and feel supported. When you get a call from the corporate accountant at a national retail client, a quick Teams check-in with Dave from Indirect Tax, and you’re on to planning for tomorrow’s client meeting.
