Job Overview

Reporting to the Director, Field Operations, the Senior Manager is responsible for developing regional business strategies and tactical plans aligned with corporate values and objectives, focusing on Health & Safety, Customer Service, Efficiency, Revenue, and Product Promotion.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage all operational aspects of a specific geographical region, including team effectiveness, quality, rework, customer service, and Health & Safety performance.
2. Coach and mentor Managers, providing developmental opportunities and evaluating progress.
3. Participate in recruiting and selecting Field Operation Managers; evaluate management headcount regularly.
4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve team targets and corporate objectives.
5. Conduct monthly team meetings to review performance strategies.
6. Monitor and analyze team results, developing action plans for improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of people management experience with direct reports.
• Experience in Field Services is an asset.
• Ability to source, coach, and develop talent.
• Strong strategic thinking and execution skills.
• Focus on improving customer service.
• Proven ability to build positive relationships with business leaders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Solid business acumen and decision-making skills.
• Experience in a unionized environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to motivate and influence others to exceed objectives.

Working Conditions
