You will partner with site teams and senior leadership, turning data into insights that drive performance and informed decisions from early development through close-out. CPA designation and 4+ years of business-partnering finance experience are required.

Manager, Development Finance role is a unique opportunity to move beyond traditional accounting and become a key player in delivering landmark projects that redefine Toronto's skyline. You will play a pivotal role in how major construction projects are planned, executed and delivered by combining financial leadership with operational partnership. More than a traditional accounting position, this role sits at the intersection of finance, construction, and real estate development. Working closely with site teams and senior leadership, you will turn financial data into meaningful insights that drive smarter decisions, improve project performance, and help bring ambitious developments to life. You will also be involved from the earliest stages of a project – supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning – through active construction and project close-out. The role will manage small professional team.

The successful candidate will be CPA-designated and have at least 4 years of experience in business partnering, operational finance and management. Real estate experience is an asset, but not mandatory. Located in the downtown core, the company offers a progressive environment and a highly collaborative and energized culture.
