A career as a Manager, Custody Client Services at National Bank Trust means serving as a senior technical resource for institutional clients while acting as the primary point of contact for their day-to-day custody servicing needs.
In this role, you will leverage your expertise in custody operations, securities processing, cash management, settlements, and asset servicing to support clients, ETF-related operations,investigate issues, and deliver timely solutions. This position combines strong client-facing responsibilities with hands‑on operational expertise and is ideal for professionals who enjoy solving complex problems and working directly within operational systems.

As part of the Custody Operations sector, you will join a Toronto‑based team responsible for supporting institutional clients across Canada.
While the title is Manager, this is a senior individual contributor position without direct people management responsibilities. Success in this role comes from technical expertise, client focus, sound operational judgment, and the ability to navigate complex issues across multiple systems and teams.
You will work closely with operations, technology, product, and relationship management teams to ensure an exceptional client experience.
