This individual contributor role focuses on:

1. Building, owning, and maintaining dashboards in Power BI.
2. Partnering with Finance, Technology, and other groups to understand upstream data and processes.
3. Performing testing and impact assessments of methodology, data, and QRM system configuration changes.
4. Analyzing and presenting FTP insights to stakeholders.

Ideal candidates will have experience in financial analysis, treasury analysis, reconciliations, with strong Excel, SQL, and Power BI skills. Knowledge of Python is a plus.

The Enterprise FTP team within Corporate Treasury seeks an analyst to support Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP). The successful candidate will:

1. Support processes to generate accurate FTP rates and dollar charges.
2. Engage with business and finance partners to explain FTP results.
3. Lead ad-hoc analysis and adapt FTP methodology to business needs.
4. Stay informed of market trends and suggest methodology enhancements.
5. Provide insights and recommendations through data analysis.
6. Design dashboards and select appropriate visualization tools.
7. Collaborate with data professionals to automate and scale analysis.
8. Create reporting dashboards using data extraction, cleaning, and visualization techniques.
9. Deliver value through insights, reporting, and visualization.
10. Document data flows and processes to improve system design and management.
11. Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders.
12. Manage databases ensuring data governance standards are met.
13. Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
14. Work independently on non-routine situations.

Qualifications:

• Typically 5-7 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, Mathematics, or quantitative disciplines preferred.
• Advanced skills in Excel, Access, SQL, Power BI.
• Knowledge of Quantitative Risk Management (desirable).
• Experience in a finance environment with exposure to risk management, financial products, pricing, or ALM.
• Strong communication, collaboration, analytical, and influence skills.

Salary: $74,800 - $138,600

Pay Type: Salaried, with variations based on location, skills, and experience. May include incentives and benefits.
