Canada Life in Winnipeg is seeking a Permanent Full Time Manager reporting to the Director, Corporate Financial Management and Reporting. The role will manage shared services expenses, annual planning, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis, and lead a team of finance professionals.
Responsibilities include internal reporting, coordinating annual plans for Risk, Actuarial, Finance, Internal Audit and HR, managing expense allocations, and preparing board-facing reports.

Reporting to the Director, Corporate Financial Management and Reporting, the Manager will be accountable for the management of shared services expenses, including annual planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
The base salary for this position is between $86,600.00 - $144,300.00 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
