Qualifications

• CPA designation or actively pursuing CPA.
• Public accounting followed by industry experience valued.
• Experience with multi-entity organizations beneficial.

• Willing to work 4 days a week in London, ON.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting functions for the corporate team.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis activities.
• Perform monthly reviews of reconciliations, tax filings, and financial reports.
• Coordinate departmental reporting and variance analysis.
• Assist with general accounting functions such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, or journal entries as needed.
• Provide support and accounting expertise for continuous process improvements and project accounting.
• Coordinate corporate budget and forecast preparation.
• Maintain project accounting for tracking intercompany charges, centralized purchasing, and legal expenditures.
• Provide backup and in-depth knowledge of corporate accounting to operating companies.
