The Manager, Continuing Education Curriculum Strategy and Quality, provides strategic leadership for the design, quality, governance, and continuous improvement of Continuing Education’s non-credit curriculum portfolio, comprising 250+ online courses and 50+ certificate and diploma programs.
The Manager works in partnership with Continuing Education leadership and key internal and external stakeholders to ensure curriculum reflects learner needs, industry expectations, adult learning principles, and University quality standards. The position provides specialized leadership in curriculum strategy, learning outcomes, assessment, academic integrity, instructor standards, curriculum governance, and continuous improvement. The Manager leads a team of two, including an Instructional Designer and Learning Experience Developer.
