Nissan is seeking a Manager, Compliance & Technology Information in Mississauga, ON. The role coordinates recalls, certifications, and regulatory matters with Transport Canada and Environment Canada, and leads the creation of technical publications and compliance reporting.

This role will be responsible for interacts with Transport Canada and Environment and Climate Change Canada on Recall, certification, compliance and regulatory matters. Responsible for identification, investigation and reporting of vehicle compliance deficiencies. Manages the implementation of product recalls, service campaigns, dealer service actions and port programs. Responsible for the reporting of Federal/Provincial ZEV and GHG compliance programs. Manage the production and distribution of all Technical publications.
A minimum of 7 to 10 years related experience is required.
Regular travel to Tennessee may be required during training phase, the first 2~3 months but after that, only occasional business travels when needed.
Minimum of 2 years of exp in leadership role will be preferred.
Salary Range: $110,032.00 - $137,665.00 This compensation range represents the minimum to midpoint base salary rates at Nissan for jobs assigned to this particular grade level. Please note that an employee’s base salary may occasionally be set above the midpoint of the salary band for this grade level, in recognition of the employee’s unique skills, work experience, education, work location, or market conditions. Compensation decisions also consider internal equity and comparisons with the base salary rates of other employees with similar backgrounds working in comparable roles. Note: Bonus, benefits, and other forms of variable compensation are not included in the base-salary range shown above.
