Leads the development, implementation, and management of a comprehensive multi-regional vehicle sales incentive portfolio and budget, leveraging market insights and performance analysis to drive sustained sales growth, improve market share, and achieve corporate business objectives.

The physical and sensory demands of the position are normal for an office environment and include telephone calls, and personal meetings, PC usage and data analysis.
The incumbent is expected to independently analyze market conditions, competitive activities, incentive performance, and budget utilization to develop recommendations for vehicle sales incentive programs. The role is responsible for managing a significant incentive budget, ensuring the accuracy of forecasts, reporting, program implementation, and communications. Decisions and recommendations directly impact sales performance, market share, budget management, retailer satisfaction, and the achievement of corporate objectives. Errors in analysis, forecasting, program execution, or communication could result in missed sales opportunities, financial variances, reduced program effectiveness and negative impacts to retailer and customer experience. Management approval is required for overall incentive strategy, budget allocations, and major program changes.
Occasional overnight travel. Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and tasks while under constant pressure.

Mississauga Ontario Canada Salary Range: $91,573.00 - $119,436.00 This compensation range represents the minimum to midpoint base salary rates at Nissan for jobs assigned to this particular grade level. Please note that an employee’s base salary may occasionally be set above the midpoint of the salary band for this grade level, in recognition of the employee’s unique skills, work experience, education, work location, or market conditions. Compensation decisions also consider internal equity and comparisons with the base salary rates of other employees with similar backgrounds working in comparable roles.
