As a Manager in the Complex Financial Instruments team , you will lead and motivate a high-performing, diverse team, gaining exposure to a broad range of files, building your professional network and business acumen.

What You Will Do

• Lead multiple valuation engagements supporting transactions, compliance, and other services across various industries.
• Mentor, train, and supervise junior professionals and engagement teams.
• Build and maintain client relationships.
• Manage conflicts and engagement-related risks.

What You Bring To The Role

• 4+ years of relevant experience in valuations, leveraged finance, credit assessment, and underwriting.
• Leadership skills to oversee projects and client deliverables.
• Ability to manage conflicting demands, client expectations, scope, and timelines.
• CPA, CFA, CBV, FRM, or PRM designation is an asset.
