Our Valuations team helps clients understand their company’s worth, supporting activities such as acquisitions, dispute resolutions involving joint ventures, and fundraising efforts. We employ rigorous, tailored valuation techniques to meet client needs across various industries.

As a Manager in the Complex Financial Instruments team, you will lead and motivate a high-performing, diverse team, gaining exposure to a broad range of files, building your professional network and business acumen.

What You Will Do

  • Lead multiple valuation engagements supporting transactions, compliance, and other services across various industries.
  • Mentor, train, and supervise junior professionals and engagement teams.
  • Build and maintain client relationships.
  • Manage conflicts and engagement-related risks.

What You Bring To The Role

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in valuations, leveraged finance, credit assessment, and underwriting.
  • Leadership skills to oversee projects and client deliverables.
  • Ability to manage conflicting demands, client expectations, scope, and timelines.
  • Proven business development experience.
  • CPA, CFA, CBV, FRM, or PRM designation is an asset.
