Qualifications

  • Undergraduate or graduate degree required or equivalent experience.
  • Extensive experience in commercial banking, credit management, sales, and account management.
  • Experience overseeing and coaching Commercial Account Managers.
  • Knowledge of real estate development and construction financing.
  • Ability to structure credit and assess credit requests.
  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance guidelines, policies, and procedures.
  • Ability to manage operational and regulatory risk.
  • Knowledge of market conditions, industry issues, customers, and broader economic factors.
  • Ability to manage complex commercial accounts and portfolio profitability.
  • Ability to develop sales strategies, negotiate terms, and manage business relationships.
  • Ability to work within applicable Bank and Industry Codes of Conduct.
  • Ability to lead, recruit, coach, and develop diverse teams.

Job description

Requirements
  • Undergraduate/Graduate degree and/or 10+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience in commercial banking, credit management, sales, and account management
