Job description

Pay Rate: $57 Location: Toronto ON Job Type: Contract Our client, a Top financial services and insurance client in Canada is looking to hire a Manager Change Management for their team with an initial contract until December 2024 which is renewable. This role is currently hybrid i.e. Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday in the office for their Toronto office.

Typical Day in Role
o Develop, deploy, and analyze surveys to gauge employee sentiment, identify areas for improvement, and measure the impact of change efforts
o Contribute to development and moderate a Gen AI Community of Practice, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing among Gen AI stakeholders
o Act as a key executor in implementing Gen AI global change strategies and action plans to engage stakeholders and ensure a smooth transition during organizational transformation
o Develop support materials for the leadership network and colleagues to provide guidance and resources for successful Gen AI adoption
o Organize large-scale interactive engagement events to promote understanding, gather feedback and data, and build support for Gen AI
o Create stakeholder updates and develop communications to ensure transparent and effective communication throughout the change management process

Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
1) 2+ years - Product/ project management skills. Demonstrated track record of effectively leading and inspiring cross-functional teams to achieve goals and drive organizational change. PMP, Product Owner, or similar certification required.
2) 3-5 years - Experience developing and moderating communities, change champion networks, and similar groups. This involves; developing stakeholder support materials (such as reference guides, visual aids, checklists, tip sheets, etc) and organizing large scale workshops and similar events.
3) 3-5 years - Proven experience in change management. ProSci or similar certification required.
4) 3-5 years - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities and experience. Keen focus on identifying and addressing barriers to change to facilitate a seamless transition to AI-driven methodologies.
5) 2+ years - Experience analyzing data, developing and monitoring dashboards.

Nice-To-Have Skills:
1) Six Sigma or similar certification
2) GenAI experience/ some exposure
3) Human-centered Design/ Design thinking/ Agile
4) Experience with modern engagement platforms (LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, Linked-in, YouTube, etc)
