The Manager, Calendar Planning, is a full-time role reporting to the Director of Calendar Strategy & Menu Development. This role supports the development and optimization of the annual marketing calendar to achieve business KPIs and deliver a strong marketing plan. It requires strategic thinking, process management, and cross-team collaboration to evaluate business opportunities holistically, working across functions both within and outside marketing to understand product pipelines, business potential, operational and timing considerations, assess performance, and communicate effectively with all partners.
You can build strong relationships and work collaboratively with internal and external parties. You enjoy solving problems and think critically to make the right decisions. You possess strong organizational and planning skills to advance the company and influence strategic initiatives. You are a change agent with effective communication skills, capable of supporting our system in a fast-paced, agile environment.
