BDO Canada in Edmonton seeks professionals in the Restructuring field. As an advisor, you'll provide financial insights, prepare cash flow models, and communicate with stakeholders.

Your Opportunity

• Advise corporations, lenders, creditors or shareholders through financial reviews, business turnarounds, and financial restructurings (formal or informal).
• Prepare integrated cash flow models.
• Analyze cash flow models, projections, and business plans.
• Maintain ongoing communications with debtors, creditors, governmental regulators, and the Courts through stakeholder meetings, reports, and attendance at Court.
• Draft and present reports and recommendations for financial institutions, C‑suite executives, shareholders, and other stakeholders.
• Identify, target, and develop referral sources.
• Assist with practice development assignments.
• Have access to reliable transportation, as travel is required.
• Show flexibility to meet stakeholders during non‑business hours.

Your Experience And Education

• 2+ years of previous experience within the Restructuring field.
• CPA accounting designation is required.
