Job description

Partner with business stakeholders to determine data and analytics needs and priorities to help achieve responsible business teams’ financial and business goals.

Provide counsel to business stakeholders and co-design effective KPIs to track and improve business results.

Offer thought leadership on potential data and insights to guide strategic and transactional decisions.

Synthesize data and insights to provide actionable recommendations that improve financial results and business processes.

Collaborate with technology engineers to design and improve data integration processes and systems, ensuring data accuracy and query efficiency.

Guide and coach analysts to translate business questions into data logic, perform complex analysis, and explore technical options within data systems.

Develop analysts to draw insights, communicate findings effectively, and present analysis results to stakeholders.

Manage a team of analysts.

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or related quantitative field.

Experience:

• 10+ years in data analytics.
• 5+ years of hands-on SQL experience with large data repositories.
• 3+ years of SQL coding for ad hoc business questions.
• 2+ years with SQL involving customer behavior or CRM data.
• 5+ years leading data analytics teams.

Knowledge & Skills:

• Build relationships with key internal customers to identify needs.
• Communicate complex concepts effectively to varied audiences.
• Present complex information to senior management.

Scope of Impact:

• Manage performance of a specialized department or area.
