Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Senior Facilities Manager in Toronto to lead the operation of a large physical plant. You will ensure safe, compliant, and reliable facility performance while directing maintenance, repairs, and minor renovations.

You will recruit, train, and manage direct reports, drive energy management programs, calibrate building systems, and manage the facility budget with a strong focus on continuous improvement using CI tools.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent with minimum Second Class Stationary Engineering Certificate.
• 8+ years of experience in managing a large physical plant.
• Expertise in energy management and large-scale facility management.
• Experience with Building Automation Systems.
