Reporting to the Head of Sustainability and Innovation, the Manager - Asset Lifecycle is primarily responsible for developing, implementing, and managing Watercare's Asset Lifecycle practices, processes, strategic insight and supporting systems.
This includes the development, implementation and ongoing management of Watercare's Asset Lifecycle/Management Framework and the operation of processes, tools, insight and reporting development to ensure effective asset replacement and renewal programme delivery.
This is a people leader role which requires communication and collaboration across the wider business and with Watercare's diverse stakeholder and community groups to ensure that our Asset Lifecycle practices become integrated into the core of our business while being inclusive, progressive, adaptable and industry leading.
To be successful in this role, you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, have the ability to easily build relationships with both internal and external parties and have strong leadership skills.
Your background will include:
Commercial/financial management experience, a formal management qualification and water industry experience are desirable although not essential.
