Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in Application Support, IT Operations, or DevOps.
  • 5+ years of people leadership experience.
  • Experience supporting customer-facing digital applications and enterprise systems.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management.
  • Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and operational automation.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, Linux/Windows environments, APIs, and enterprise integrations.
  • Experience supporting MuleSoft, web applications, and database technologies (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL).

  • Own application availability, service levels, operational KPIs, and major incident response.

  • Manage vendor relationships, support contracts, escalations, upgrades, and patches.
  • Ensure production readiness, disaster recovery planning, and operational compliance with security standards.
  • Partner with development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and business teams to deliver stable and scalable solutions.
