Job description

Your Role as Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

Reporting to the Senior Director, Financial Planning & Analysis, you will play a key role in enabling financial clarity and decision-making across the organization. Your work will directly support Dialogue’s strategic objectives through forecasting, budgeting, and business partnering. This is a high-visibility role with strong exposure to the C-suite and the broader executive team. You'll work at the intersection of strategy and finance — shaping business direction through actionable insights and data-driven recommendations.

What You’ll Be Doing
  1. Lead monthly and quarterly forecasts, and support the annual budgeting process for board approval
  2. Build and maintain financial models, including our 5-year strategic growth plan
  3. Analyze performance vs. budget and provide actionable insights to senior leadership
  4. Partner with department heads to help align spending with forecasts and optimize financial outcomes
  5. Support special projects tied to strategic initiatives and corporate development
We'd Love to Hear from You If
  • 4+ years of hands-on FP&A experience, ideally in mid-sized or high-growth companies
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence non-financial stakeholders
Nice-to-Haves
  • CPA or CFA designation (or in progress)
  • Experience in corporate development, investment banking, or equity research
  • Formal financial modeling training
At Dialogue, your well-being is our priority

Taking care of others also means taking care of our team. We’ve got you covered!

  • A fully funded benefits plan, including a wellness reimbursement program
  • Unlimited access to a variety of Dialogue’s programs for you and your immediate family
  • 4 weeks of vacation, 9 wellness days, and 1 paid volunteer day
  • A hybrid work approach that involves 3 days per week in our Montreal or Toronto offices
  • Access to a custom learning program, including an allocated budget for external training
  • Short and long-term incentive plans (where applicable)
  • An optional parental benefits program
  • Qualifying employees are eligible for a Group Retirement Savings Program (GRSP) with employer matching, from day one
