Job summary

Subway is seeking a Manager in London, Ontario to lead daily restaurant operations. You will focus on guest experience, food quality and safety, keep the restaurant clean and functional, and manage inventory and money controls.

You’ll coordinate local marketing, recruit staff and supervise training to build a strong team. You’ll maintain accurate records, analyze performance data to increase sales, plan promotions, and support nationwide marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years in a restaurant environment; supervising/training staff.
• Excellent communication skills; ability to work with all team levels; computer knowledge essential.

PREREQUISITES

Education: High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred

Experience: A minimum of 2 years in a restaurant environment, experience in supervising and training staff.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Must be an excellent communicator with the ability to deal with all levels of team members. Computer knowledge is essential.

Physical

Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed and to operate computerized Point of Sale system/cash register. This position requires bending, standing and walking the entire workday. Must have the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally.
