RONA in Laval, QC seeks a Store Manager to lead a dynamic team and oversee daily operations, merchandising, promotions, and budget alignment. You will ensure exceptional customer service while driving sales and store growth.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in personnel management, strong leadership, and excellent communication. This role offers career progression within a community-focused hardware retailer, along with benefits and ongoing training.

Responsabilités

• Supervise work according to set priorities and the company’s requirements.
• Resolve any issue that may arise while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Carry out merchandising duties according to the Store Manager’s directions.
• Supervise the replenishment process.
• Manage promotional activities according to sales, company initiatives; stay aware of trends and competitors to aid marketing.
• Assist in recruiting staff for the department under your responsibility.
• Determine work schedule while complying with the labour budget and meeting customer needs.
• Coach, encourage, and motivate teams.
• Other related tasks to ensure the store runs smoothly.
