RONA in Canada is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead a department, supervise staff, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive store performance.

You will manage merchandising, promotions, staffing schedules, and training, while aligning with the Store Manager's directives. The role requires strong leadership, retail experience, and a proactive attitude.

This position offers exposure to merchandising strategies, teamwork, and opportunities for advancement within the company.

Qualificações

• 5 years experience in personnel management.
• Experience managing a retail business.
• Strong leadership skills, resourceful and autonomous.
• Excellent communication skills.

Your role:

• Determine work schedule while complying with the established labour budget and ensuring that customer needs are met
• Coach, encourage, and motivate teams
• Other related tasks to ensure the store runs smoothly

What we're looking for:

• 5 years experience in personnel management
• Experience managing a retail business
