Job summary

EMCO is seeking new graduates to join its Management Development Program as Management Trainees. The 4-phase, 3.5–4 year program covers warehousing, customer service, operations, procurement, and leadership, with mentorship across Canada and a structured path to a management role.

Base salary is $52,500 CAD plus profit sharing, with relocation assistance and a comprehensive benefits package; candidates must relocate within Canada for training. Opportunities exist across the country.

Qualifications

• University degree or college diploma required.
