Job summary

EMCO is seeking new or recent graduates to join its Management Development Program as a Management Trainee. This full-time salaried role includes relocation within Canada, a comprehensive benefits package and the opportunity to earn profit sharing.

You will progress through four phases over 3.5–4 years, gaining exposure from warehouse to leadership and sales. Successful candidates will relocate for training and join a program that builds product knowledge, customer service skills, and career

Qualifications

University degree or college diploma required or considered.
Positive attitude and results oriented mindset.
Desire to continuously learn and grow.
Excellent leadership, customer service and organizational skills.
Strong work ethic and integrity.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Excellent communication skills with customers, vendors and teammates.
Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
Strong interest in sales.
Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Move through four phased training program covering warehouse, customer service and sales.
Build product knowledge and manage logistics, pricing, and order handling.
Develop relationships with customers and vendors, and prepare quotes.
Lead projects and develop leadership skills while supporting a Canadian Profit Center.
