Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for an immediate Management Trainee program in Steinbach, MB. You'll start learning from day one at a local branch, serving customers and partners while gaining hands-on operations experience.

You will master the knowledge to eventually run a branch, grow new business, and develop your team with mentoring and a path for promotion within Enterprise Mobility.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited Canadian University or international equivalent.
• 6 months cumulative experience or involvement in related areas.
• Valid Canadian Class 5 driver's license with limited violations/accidents.
• No drug or alcohol convictions in the last 5 years.
• Authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Enter as a Management Trainee and learn the business from day one at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while gaining hands-on operations experience.
• Learn to run a branch, cultivate new business, and develop a team.
• Receive guidance, mentoring, and support to succeed and build relationships in the community.

Education

Bachelor's degree (4-year) from a Canadian university or international equivalent
