Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program in Montreal. You will start in a neighborhood branch and learn the business from day one, becoming the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while mastering operations.

The program aims to develop you to eventually run your own branch, grow new business, and develop your team through hands-on mentoring, training, and internal promotion opportunities. Fluency in French is required.

Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Must speak fluent French.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents within the last three years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions within the last 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in Canada and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• Experience or involvement in Sales & Customer Service or Leadership.

Responsibilities

• You will start learning the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• You will be entrusted to serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and as the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
• The program aims to eventually help you run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.
• You will learn customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations, and always put customers first.
