We are currently hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and as a behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will acquire the knowledge and skills to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.

In our hands-on learning environment, you will receive guidance, mentoring, and support. You will also engage with the community to build essential relationships for your business growth.

We’ll teach you excellence in customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, emphasizing putting our customers first. Our culture fosters friendly competition, which is key to growing our business and your success.

  • Must have a 4-year bachelor’s degree from an accredited Canadian University or an international equivalent recognized by WES and / or Citizenship Canada (IRCC); preference for BBA, BCom, BMgt, BA, or related fields.
  • Must have 6 months of cumulative experience or involvement in areas such as :

Sales & Customer Service : commission sales, retail, restaurant, or hospitality industry

  • Leadership : military, athletics / team activities, clubs / organizations
  • Must possess a valid Canadian Class G or G2 driver’s license with no more than two moving violations or at-fault accidents in the last three years.
  • No drug or alcohol-related convictions (DWI / DUI) within the past 5 years.
  • Must be authorized to work in Canada without requiring sponsorship now or in the future. (Note : Our Management Trainee position typically does not qualify for permanent residency under an eligible NOC.)
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
