About the Role

Operation Management Trainee (OMT) is a special training program for young talents who have good leadership, analytical skills, and are innovative to be developed as future leaders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any major from reputable university.
• 1-2 years of work experience, preferably in handling store operation, sales, marketing, or other related fields.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (max: 25 years old).
• Passionate in retail industry.
• Experienced in multiple organizations, preferably as a leader.
• Good communication, analytical, and leadership skill.
• Willing to be placed all across Indonesia.
