Kenny U-Pull is offering a management trainee program designed to develop future frontline managers. Trainees rotate through Call Center, Dispatch, Car purchasing & sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Operations, and more to build leadership and operational capability on site in Quebec.

The program runs up to 6 months, with hands‑on field experience, coaching, and safety compliance training to prepare for leadership roles in branches across the province.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of a college, university, or trade school.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills; professional email etiquette.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization to balance multiple responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead branch operations including yard management and depollution.
  • Lead retail activities such as assisting customers, locating products, and discussing warranty options.
  • Support vehicle purchasing and sales transactions with proper documentation.
  • Identify and access relevant information efficiently while ensuring all processes are followed.
  • Coach and support frontline employees to drive operational efficiency and service excellence.

Job Description

This development program is designed to develop future frontline Managers who will play a critical role in leading our teams and ensuring operational excellence. This program offers a unique opportunity to strengthen leadership capabilities, gain comprehensive business knowledge, and advance your career within our organization. The management trainee will have an opportunity to work on site in different location in the province of Quebec (Mtl)

This development program will be offered for a period of up to 6 months, Participants will rotate through all major functions and sites, including:

  • Call Center – Developing a deep understanding of how we buy car.
  • Dispatch– Developing a deep understanding of how we bring the car to the sites.
  • Car purchasing & car sales – Understanding the process of car purchasing in a branch.
  • Marketing – Developing a deep understanding how we promote our product.
  • Customer Service– Developing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, resolve service issues effectively, and strengthening client relationships.
  • Operations –Developing a deep understanding of our operational and retail processes (including yard operations & depollution process).
  • System & tools –Demonstration of the systems and programs, validate access are granted.
  • Accident/Injury Investigation –Supporting leadership in investigating workplace incidents, documenting findings, and contributing to corrective action plans that strengthen safety protocols.
  • Training – Complete the mandatory training on AIM Campus.
  • Health and Safety– Developing a deep understanding of regulatory compliance, risk management and proactive safety practices.

This is a hands-on, field-based program where most of the day is spent working directly with frontline employees. Trainees will gain practical experience in coaching, mentoring, and leading diverse teams while reinforcing the highest standards of safety and compliance.

By the end of the program, participants will be able to:
  • Lead operations in a branch including yard management and depollution.
  • Lead retail activities in a branch including assisting customers throughout the purchasing — from locating products in the yard and recommending appropriate warranty options.
  • Support vehicle purchasing and sales transactions by ensuring all processes are followed and required documentation is completed accurately.
  • Identify and access relevant information efficiently while ensuring all required documentation and processes are completed.???
  • Coach and support employees in their daily activities to ensure operational efficiency and service excellence.
Qualifications
To join our team:
  • Graduate of a college, university, or trade school
  • Have 5 to 10 years of experience in retail and/or customer service
  • Have 3 to 5 years of management experience
  • Professional Communication– strong written and oral communication skills, and professional email etiquette.
  • Organizational Strengths– Excellent time management and prioritization skills to balance multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • Analytical Ability– Critical and logical thinking skills to support sound decision-making.
Work Environment:
  • Office and production environment
  • Will require work outside, exposure to hot and cold temperatures
  • Must have open availability, as we operate in the retail sector and our branches are open 7 days a week.
