Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program in Kitchener/Waterloo. As a Management Trainee, you’ll train across sales, customer service, operations, and business development, with a clear path to management from within.

The program provides mentoring, a structured curriculum, and opportunities at our Waterloo region locations. Competitive first-year pay of $53,996 plus benefits and retirement savings.

Qualifications

• Must have a 4-year bachelor’s degree from an accredited Canadian University or international equivalent recognized by WES/IRCC.
• Must have 6 months cumulative experience or involvement in Sales & Customer Service or Leadership.
• Must have a valid Canadian Class G or G2 driver’s license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents in 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions within the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners.
• Under MT program, learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• Master knowledge to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.

Responsibilities

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.

Qualifications

• Must have a 4-year bachelor’s degree from an accredited Canadian University or an international equivalent as recognized by the World Education Services (WES) and/or Citizenship Canada (IRCC); preference for BBA, BCom, BMgt and BA, or related field.
• Must have 6 months cumulative experience or involvement in any of the following:
• Sales & Customer Service: commission sales, retail, restaurant, or hospitality industry
• Leadership: military, athletics/team activities, clubs/organizations
• Must have a valid Canadian Class G or G2 driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents within the last three years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions (DWI/DUI) within the last 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in Canada and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future. (Please note that our Management Trainee position does not typically fall under an eligible National Occupational Classification (NOC) to gain Permanent Residency in Canada)
• Must be at least 18 years old.
