We are hiring immediately for our Management Training program. As a trainee, you’ll learn our business from day one, based at one of our neighborhood branches. You will serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and as an operational expert behind the scenes. Our structured program will equip you to eventually manage your own branch, grow new business, and develop your team.

In this hands-on environment, you will receive mentorship, guidance, and support. You will also engage with the community to build relationships vital for your business growth.

We will teach you customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations, emphasizing putting customers first. Our culture of friendly competition fosters growth for both our business and your career.

Minimum requirements include :

• A 4-year bachelor’s degree from an accredited Canadian university or international equivalent recognized by WES or IRCC; preference for BBA, BCom, BMgt, BA, or related fields.
• At least 6 months of experience in sales, customer service, leadership, or related activities such as retail, hospitality, military, athletics, or clubs.
• A valid Canadian Class G or G2 driver’s license with no more than two violations or at-fault accidents in the past three years.
• No drug or alcohol-related convictions (DWI / DUI) within the last 5 years.
• Authorization to work in Canada without sponsorship; note that this position does not typically qualify for permanent residency under NOC.
• At least 18 years old.
