Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program in Fort St. John, BC. The MT role blends training with hands-on customer service, sales, and operations, with a clear path to running a branch.

Expect mentoring, daily exposure to the business, and opportunities to grow within a supportive, promotion-ready culture. In this role you will learn across departments, meet customers and partners, and prepare to lead a future team while delivering excellent service and strong

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 2-year Diploma or 4-year bachelor’s degree; preference for BBA, BCom, BMgt or BA.
• 6 months experience in sales, customer service, or leadership roles.
• Canadian Class 5 driver’s license; limited violations in last 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol convictions in last 5 years.
• Authorized to work in Canada; not typically eligible for permanent residency under NOC.

Responsibilities

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.

In our hands-on learning environment, you will receive the guidance, mentoring, and support you need to be successful. You will also get out into the community and establish the relationships essential to building your own business.

We’ll teach you how to excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations. And you’ll learn what it means to always put our customers first. Ours is a culture of friendly competition, which is critical to growing our business — and your success.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a 2-year Diploma, 4-year bachelor’s degree preferred from an accredited Canadian University or an international equivalent as recognized by the World Education Services (WES) and/or Citizenship Canada (IRCC); preference for BBA, BCom, BMgt and BA, or related field.
• Must have 6 months cumulative experience or involvement in any of the following:
• Sales & Customer Service: commission sales, retail, restaurant, or hospitality industry
• Leadership: military, athletics/team activities, university clubs/organizations
• Must have a valid Canadian Class 5 driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents within the last three years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions (DWI/DUI) within the last 5 years.
• Mustbe authorized to workinCanada and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future. (Please note that our Management Trainee position does not typically fall under an eligible National Occupational Classification (NOC) to gain Permanent Residency in Canada)
