Responsibilities

We are hiring immediately for our Management Training program. As a Management Trainee, you’ll learn our business from day one, based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. Our structured program will help you master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.

In our hands-on learning environment, you will receive guidance, mentoring, and support. You will also engage with the community to build essential relationships.

We will teach you customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, emphasizing always putting our customers first. Our culture fosters friendly competition, vital for growth and success.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must have a 4-year bachelor’s degree from an accredited Canadian University or international equivalent recognized by WES and / or Citizenship Canada (IRCC); preference for BBA, BCom, BMgt, BA, or related fields.
  • Must have 6 months of experience or involvement in sales & customer service (retail, restaurant, hospitality) or leadership (military, athletics, clubs).
  • Valid Canadian Class 5 driver’s license with no more than two violations or at-fault accidents in the last three years.
  • No drug or alcohol-related convictions (DWI / DUI) in the last 5 years.
  • Authorized to work in Canada without future sponsorship; note that this position does not typically qualify for permanent residency under NOC.
