Job summary

DataAnnotation is seeking an experienced Management Consultant to help train AI models. You’ll test models on business problems from your practice, judge outputs, and explain where they hold up and where they fall apart.

This role focuses on teaching AI to think like a top-tier strategy advisor. You’ll write client-style briefs, review AI-generated responses for problem framing and rigor, flag issues, and compare options to present the best to leadership teams.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
• Experience in management consulting, strategy, PMO, or deal advisory
• Experience at top strategy firm, Big Four advisory, or boutique consultancy is a plus
• Skilled at building and critiquing work for senior stakeholders
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
• MBA or other postgraduate degree preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Write client-style briefs and run them through AI models
• Review each response for problem framing, structure, rigor, insight, and client relevance
• Flag issues such as unsupported claims or vague conclusions and explain your reasoning
• Compare responses head-to-head and select the best for leadership presentation
