About The Job

Based on your experience and the level you will join at, you will:

  • Prepare client proposals, presentations, and project deliverables, ensuring high‑quality and timely completion
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of client organizations, business processes, and systems, identifying opportunities for improvement and recommending innovative solutions to enhance efficiency, mitigate risks, and optimize performance
  • Manage project delivery from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with client objectives and timelines, under the guidance of a Career Advisor
  • Run workshops with key stakeholders and elicit requirements effectively
  • Mentor and guide a diverse team of talented consultants, fostering their growth and enabling them to reach their highest potential
  • Develop and communicate new ideas and conceptualise innovative approaches and solutions
  • Manage client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and building rapport through effective communication, stakeholder engagement, and value‑added service delivery, and uncover new opportunities for account growth and impact
  • Contribute to business development efforts and networking activities to identify new opportunities and expand our presence in the banking market
  • Contribute to the firm's growth initiatives
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, digital innovations, and best practices in the banking industry, sharing knowledge and insights with colleagues and clients
Job Requirements

About you:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
  • 2–7 years of experience in management consulting, financial services, or banking, with a focus on strategy, operations, risk management, or other core business products and processes
  • Track record of successfully leading consulting engagements, managing client relationships, and delivering tangible business results in the banking industry
  • Strong understanding of banking products, processes, and operations across wealth management, retail banking, corporate banking, or investment banking
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to gather, interpret, and analyze data to derive meaningful insights and develop strategic recommendations; an understanding of project management methodologies, tools and techniques
  • Experience with technology and transformation programs within financial services organisations is a plus
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies; existing Scrum Master certifications a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and concisely to diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborate with colleagues from various backgrounds, and build positive relationships with clients
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver high‑quality work under pressure
  • An entrepreneurial mindset to assist in a variety of projects and firm initiatives
  • Willingness to travel as required

The salary range in Toronto for this role is $70,000 - $130,000.
