Job summary

Sleep Country Canada is seeking a motivated sales associate in a full‑time role in Canada. You will engage customers to identify needs, promote our quality products and services, and keep stores visually appealing with presentation, replenishment and housekeeping.

You will also assist with inventory counts to ensure stock accuracy and work with the Sales team to surpass goals. A positive attitude, strong customer focus, and flexibility to work days, evenings and weekends are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales, Retail or Customer Service preferred (1–3 years)
• Positive, optimistic attitude with strong customer focus
• Ambitious and willing to pursue continuous education and learning
• Availability to work days, evenings and weekends

In this current open role, you will:

• Ensure our stores are always visually appealing through product presentation, replenishment and store housekeeping
• Assist with receiving, organizing, and completing inventory counts to ensure accurate stock levels
• Work together as part of the Sales team to exceed goals and expectations

The Qualifications and Experience we like to see:

• Ideally have 1-3 years of experience in Sales, Retail and/or Customer Service, this isconsidered an asset and not mandatoryas we will invest in the right person!
• A positive, optimistic attitude and a strong customer focus
• Be ambitious and willing to commit to continuous education and learning
• Available to work days, evenings and weekends
