Are you a hands-on professional with a knack for fixing things and maintaining top-notch facilities? We’re looking for a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team and help ensure our hotel remains in like-new condition — safe, clean, and welcoming for every guest.

What You'll Do:

Perform ceramic tile installation, grouting, and repairs

Handle basic carpentry work and assist with building projects

Carry out plumbing repairs on toilets, showers, and bathtubs

Repair drywall and perform painting touch-ups

Conduct small appliance and furniture repairs

Fix doors, windows, and hardware

Perform electrical repairs (fixtures, outlets)

Complete regular mechanical maintenance and chemical maintenance routines

Assist with the inventory of maintenance supplies

Inspect and maintain guest rooms according to set standards

Safely lift heavy objects and work at heights when needed

Support the team with additional maintenance tasks as required

Interact with guests and team members in a courteous and professional manner

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in general maintenance, including plumbing, painting, carpentry, and basic electrical work

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

Willingness to work flexible shifts and be on call if needed
