St. Thomas Aquinas Roman (STAR) Catholic Schools is a regional separate school division in Central Alberta, operating schools in Lacombe, Ponoka, Wetaskiwin, Drayton Valley, Beaumont, and Leduc.
Reporting to the Director of Facilities, the Maintenance Technician assists with maintaining and managing all school division equipment. The Maintenance Technician must be able to troubleshoot, solve problems, repair equipment under tight timelines as necessary and work well with a team of other technicians.
The successful candidate will have experience in the mechanical/maintenance field and a clean driver's abstract. A 5th Class Power Engineer and/or a trade ticket is considered an asset but not mandatory.
