Job summary

Tricon Living in Toronto is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep residents’ homes and shared spaces well maintained, delivering hands-on technical work with a customer‑service mindset. The Stella is a new Tricon Living rental community in Etobicoke, near Kipling TTC, offering modern living and vibrant community spaces.

Responsibilities include responding to maintenance requests, coordinating with site teams, and ensuring safety and timely turnovers to Class A standards.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication with residents and colleagues.
• Ability to work independently and manage changing priorities.
• A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to maintenance and quality.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft applications, including Teams, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive service and own resident maintenance requests.
• Keep residents informed on progress and timing.
• Complete work respectfully and leave homes clean and orderly.
• Work closely with the site team to deliver a consistent and positive resident experience.
• Follow safety practices and ensure contractors comply with site health and safety requirements.
• Inspect building systems and address deficiencies, supporting compliance requirements.
• Coordinate external contractors and monitor quality and timelines.
