The Maintenance Technician plays an important role in creating a positive resident experience by keeping residents’ homes and shared spaces well maintained. Combining hands‑on technical expertise with a strong customer service mindset, they respond to maintenance requests, completes repairs and supports the reliable day‑to‑day operation of the property.
Working closely with residents and the site team, the Maintenance Technician takes ownership of each service request from assessment through completion. They take pride in the quality of their work and understand the impact dependable service has on the community.

This role is based onsite and requires flexibility across shifts, including a share of our rotating on‑call coverage.
Placement within this compensation range will be determined by the candidate's knowledge, experience and skills.
$50,890.00 - $67,450.00
